Skyline Perspective Aerials began in 2012 when Marcus Hale, then a licensed fixed-wing pilot with a background in architectural photography, recognized that New York brokers were using amateur drone footage to market multi-million-dollar properties. The disconnect between the quality of the real estate and the quality of its aerial presentation was striking.
Marcus built the operation around one principle: the footage has to earn its place in a listing. That means proper FAA authorization in one of the most restricted airspaces on the planet, cinema-grade sensors, and post-production that treats a $4M condo with the same attention a film production would give a feature exterior.
Over twelve years and more than 1,400 missions, the company has become the preferred aerial partner for major New York brokerages, residential developers, and commercial real estate firms. Every shoot is filed, cleared, and executed to specification. No exceptions.

Marcus founded Skyline Perspective Aerials after spending a decade documenting construction sites and high-rise developments from the air. He has flown over 1,400 missions across the tri-state area, capturing everything from pre-sale luxury penthouses to commercial corridor developments.
